Jim Gavaghan

Prior to launching Lease Search, Principal and founder, Jim Gavaghan, spent 33 years at GE Capital and served as a Senior Managing Director in GE’s Corporate Finance Division. He also led the Corporate Finance Group’s Mid-Atlantic Region for 20 years.

Since 2015, Jim has channeled and leveraged his industry expertise to perform talent acquisition and recruitment services. He has successfully worked with clients to fill roles within various functions/levels within client organizations all across the specialty finance landscape. In just five years, Jim has successfully filled over 80 placements.

Jim is known to rarely 'miss the mark'. He listens to his clients, understands their needs, systematically delivers top notch candidates.

Jimmy Gavaghan

Prior to joining Lease Search, Vice President, Jimmy Gavaghan, spent 6+ years working in corporate finance at Deloitte and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. A 2017 graduate of Drexel University with a degree in Finance, Jimmy completed three co-operative learning opportunities with Chubb Corporation, DuPont Capital Management, and J.P. Morgan. Upon graduation, Jimmy was offered a full-time role with J.P. Morgan.

Over this time, he refined a strong analytics and research background that is now being utilized to optimize talent acquisition searches.
